All our employees carry valid licenses and tickets to safely perform the role they have been hired for. Therefore certifying their training in safe and efficient practices to work on any given project. They are also required to own and carry their Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while at work.

Providing the necessary training and drawing on the expertise of the safety specialists we employ, Lynch Staffing is able to protect employees and adhere to strict Australian Work Health & Safety Act 2011 and the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 standard. Here at Lynch Staffing we believe that every employee has a right to healthy and safe work environment. To ensure this we conduct regular reviews, audits and site risk assessments, as well as developing detailed leadership and accountability models.
